INVESTORS SEE THE LIGHT AT PRISMA
Unit C, Prisma Park, Wade Road, Basingstoke - one of the four industrial/warehouse units on the scheme - has been sold to an unnamed private investment company.
The unit comprises 2,410 sq ft and was let on a three year lease term to CMT at a rent of £19,280 per annum. The investment has subsequently sold for £198,000, reflecting a net initial yield of 9.75%.
Alastair Thomas, Chief Executive of Equity Estates (Basingstoke) Ltd, commented on the sale … " the price achieved in a difficult investment market reflects the quality of the scheme and its great location".
Baker Davidson Thomas and London Clancy acted for the Vendor, whilst Deal Varney represented the Purchaser. All four of the industrial/warehouse units have now been sold, either to owner occupiers or as investments.
